Current certification in one of the following is a plus:

• Any experience installing, and terminating head-end commercial access control, IP-based video systems and intrusion alarm systems.
• Access Control: Honeywell, Brivo, S2, Lenel, Gallagher.
• Video: Avigilon, Axis, Milestone, Exacq.
• Locking Hardware: Adams Rite, VonDuprin, Assa Abloy, Schlage.

Inspired Technologies is now recruiting a Lead Commercial Security Technician that has experience installing programming and servicing commercial electronic security devices primarily IP network systems and overall security systems.

Installing, troubleshooting, programming, and testing security systems with minimal supervision. System knowledge of access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion, and visitor management, preferred.

• Leading a team on project installations.
• Managing quality control and providing fanatical customer service
• Taking responsibility for and tracking project progress.

The Right Candidate:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience installing, servicing, and programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems and intrusion alarm systems.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project lead responsible for complete project supervision.
• Must be process oriented, with good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to support customer systems via remote diagnostics with professionalism.
• Knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking is essential.
• Must be able to work independently and resolve problems to our customer’s satisfaction.
• Must possess a valid driving license and clean MVR.

Current certification in one of the following is a plus:

• Troubleshoot wide area/segmented networks.
• Work directly with end users on how to operate systems.
• Work directly with IT departments to assist with needed network topography for security equipment.
• Familiarity with SIP IP phone systems a bonus

Inspired Technologies – is now recruiting a Project Manager with experience in the commercial electronic security enterprise space. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls project activities required for effective management of electronic security installation projects. Supervises installation and subcontractors. Estimates and prices job charges. Works with financial, contract management and other management reports and tools to define project problems to assure project profitability. Responsible for training and developing employees as well as responsible for the quality of installation.

• Maintains current job plans, specifications, and communications log with customer.
• Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and services, and controls timely delivery to jobsite.
• Prepares the project installation plan, manages the plan, and prepares and implements job procedures.
• Works with Operations team for resource planning of technicians, subcontractors & programmers.
• Maintains construction schedule and coordinates task scheduling with other trades.
• Keeps self, superiors and subordinates informed of progress.
• Maintains all records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records and supervises the preparation and processing of reports for internal and external use.

The Right Candidate:

The right Account Executive will also develop strategies and tactics with their Sales Manager for local account penetration and security solution offerings.

Inspired Technologies Account Executives are responsible for prospecting and building relationships with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients that result in install or servicing opportunities. As well as performing consultative site surveys, system design, estimating and proposal writing. Adhere to the core values of Inspired Technologies, which are top tier customer service, integrity, and fun.

The Right Candidate:

• Four (4) or more years of outside sales experience. B2B electronic security industry knowledge preferred. Consultative sales experience preferred as well.
• Performance minded, self-confident & dynamic.
• Goal-oriented salesperson who exhibits a competitive spirit.
• Enthusiastic about being able to earn 6 figures with no commission caps.
• Conducts customer site walk-through’s and estimate both building system installations and service opportunities.

Total compensation package ranges from $65,000+, (including base salary, commissions on gross revenue, bonuses, and no earnings cap.
